NEW PROGRESS CLAIM ROUTINE RELEASED

The Progress Claim routine has been completely re-written and Users are already expressing delight at the flexibility and power of the new layout. The Progress Claim form is equally suitable for Commerical or Residential builders and permits Claims to be entered in much more detail than was previously possible. Trade Summaries can be detailed by commerical builders, and items as listed on - for example - a Masterbuild contract can be detailed by residential builders. Amounts can be claimed against any item by percentage or dollar value, and Unapproved items can also be entered along with the relevant descriptions. All Variations can be tracked separately in the same fashion. Retentions can be calculated automatically - up to 3 rates can be applied at any level by individual Job - or a dollar value can be keyed. There is also provision to enter Contras and "Other" items - such as Materials on site and Materials off site etc. This is a saignificant piece of work and greatly enhances the functionality of PlusfactorSQL.
