Pricing
PlusfactorSQL is available only as a complete suite, comprising the following fully integrated modules:
- Quoting & Estimating
- Purchase Ordering
- Accounting
- Payroll
A single User Installation Licence is priced at $2995.00
Installation Licences for additional Users are $620 each.
Additional Users are charged on a “concurrent use” basis, not per computer. You pay only for what you need!
There are 4 optional extras available at extra cost:
- Divisional Accounting $1240.00.
- Insurance Excess Invoicing $616.00.
- Barcode reading of Stock Transfers $472.50
- Interface to Time Clock software $520.
Training and set-up costs are NOT included in the above. These are quoted separately for each individual installation - see underTraining (in the Menu on the left hand side).
Please note all prices herein exclude GST. Prices and specifications are all subject to change without notification. These prices are effective from 1st November 2011.
Annual Licence Fee
PlusfactorSQL Users also pay an Annual Licence Fee to contribute to the cost of Support and Program Upgrades. The Annual Licence Fees are compulsory. If they remain unpaid for 3 months, the Users Licence to use PlusfactorSWL is no longer valid.
These Licence Fees are invoiced and payable quarterly in advance.
The Quarterly Licence Fee for a single User is $615.00.
The Quarterly Licence Fee for Additional (Concurrent) Users is invoiced at $135.00 per Additional User per Quarter.
Multiple Companies
Additional Companies can be installed and run using one set of program files. There is a one-off charge for each additional set of data files licensed. Additional Company per each $310.00
Payment Terms
A deposit of $500 is required with your order. Installation can normally be arranged within 3-4 days of receiving an order. Our standard payment terms are for the balance to be paid in full on the day the software is installed. Extended payment terms can be arranged if required.
